Addiction Rehabilitation Program

Cuba, with an experience of over two decades, has gained global recognition due to its development of a comprehensive support system designed to help people in their fight against substance addiction and addictions in general.

This well-structured program consists of three months treatment and rehabilitation, with special emphasis on modern cognitive behavior and group therapy methods. The visitors receive professional’s help in developing social control mechanisms needed to break away from alcohol, drug as wells as hard drug addictions and to realize the benefit of detoxification and rehabilitation. The treatment centers are operated by specialized management teams and multidisciplinary staff.

The rehabilitation program is personalized, according to the clinical, psychological and physical characteristics of the patient and also taking into account other aspects such as the social environment of origin, the specific family situation, etc.

The therapy requires a minimum of three months. Afterwards, an additional subsequent period to follow up the re-evaluation and verification of the therapy is required.
